The hotel is located in an area with many poorly maintained houses, but this property stands out with its beautiful staircase, clean design, and welcoming staff. the rooms are spacious and comfy, with feather-soft beds and small balconies. Free coffee and tea are provided, and hosts are willing to carry bags up to the first floor. Breakfasts are tasty and served in a family atmosphere.

Some guests have commented that the hotel needs to improve its marketing and obtain better photos, as the pictures do not do justice to the actual property.

Spent a wonderful Christmas at this amazing family hotel. Loved the fact that the rooms were kept super clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony to enjoy the views. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings and we even got a ride to a nearby restaurant from the friendly staff. The dining room and kitchen were also a great feature, allowing us to prepare our own tea and coffee at our leisure.

We did notice that there was a bit of noise from nearby dogs barking during the night. the pictures of the hotel online didn't do it enough justice!

The hotel we stayed at during our city trip exceeded our expectations. the location was ideal, in the heart of the city and easy to get around by foot. the staff was so friendly and welcoming, it felt like we were staying with family. the room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was a nice added touch. And we loved that we could make our own tea and coffee in the shared dining room.

Everything was just perfect.
